On August 15, 2022, the National Flag will be hoisted to commemorate the 76th Independence Day in the College. Under NCC and NSS Units, this day is observed as "Ajadi Ka Amrutha Mahothsava." The flag was hoisted at 7.35 A.M. by the principal, Dr. S.M. Siddalinga Murthy. Students and staff members from both the teaching and non-teaching faculties attended the ceremony.
